CorporateStays.com is looking for a receptionist. He/ She would be in charge mainly of greeting customers, handling incoming calls and directing clients to the most appropriate person or department. He / She will also be in charge of performing basic secretarial tasks.

This role requires an enthusiastic, optimistic, organizedhighly motivated, and joyful person.

Receptionist main duties:

·          Greet visitors and customers 

·          Answer incoming calls

·          Direct visitors and callers to the right person or department 

·          Provide information (e.g. brochures, pamphlets) 

·          Receive and distribute mails 

·          Manage conference room 

·          Supervise office maintenance 




Professional skills: 

·          You speak English, Spanish and French fluently

·          You know how to manage priorities and organize tasks according to urgency

·          You are capable of coordinating and synthesizing information coming from different sources

·          Good typing skills 

·           You are reliable, well organized and highly motivated to work with the public

·          You are out-going, love to meet people and a “self-starter”, confident in taking initiatives

·          You are comfortable using general office software programs and navigating the internet and smart phones

·          You appreciate teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills

·          You present as confident, courteous and professional; you are able to communicate with high level corporate clients and demanding customers

·          Knowledge of hospitality industry would be a plus
